Description
This No Bake Cheesecake Pecan Pie combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the crunch of toasted pecans, all atop a sweet graham cracker crust. Perfect for any occasion, this dessert is easy to prepare and requires no baking!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, toasted
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1/4 cup butter (if making crust from scratch)
- 2 tbsp sugar (if making crust from scratch)
- Caramel sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- If using store-bought graham cracker crust, set it aside. If making your own, crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter and sugar, and press into a pie dish. Chill for at least 15 minutes to set.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep the texture light.
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant and golden brown.
- Once the crust has set, spread the cheesecake mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the toasted pecans on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the pecans.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors set.
- Once chilled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Let the pie chill overnight for the best texture. The longer it sits, the better it sets!
