Description

This No Bake Cheesecake Pecan Pie combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the crunch of toasted pecans, all atop a sweet graham cracker crust. Perfect for any occasion, this dessert is easy to prepare and requires no baking!


Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1/4 cup butter (if making crust from scratch)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (if making crust from scratch)
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. If using store-bought graham cracker crust, set it aside. If making your own, crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter and sugar, and press into a pie dish. Chill for at least 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep the texture light.
  4. Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant and golden brown.
  5. Once the crust has set, spread the cheesecake mixture evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted pecans on top of the cheesecake layer.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the pecans.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors set.
  9. Once chilled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
